The highschool Manhattan Bridges, is #25 in the U.S. This meaning it is one of the best, but every good thing has it's defects.

School bathrooms are overlooked, especially the toilet paper and T.P. holders. What passes as toilet paper in this school is horrifying!

There are many companies that sell immense quantity of cheap reliable toilet paper! Our solution is that cheap reliable T.P. holders are bought from the schools maintainence budget and some of that money is also used to find other mass-produced toilet paper.
